Ugly, strange, but healthy?

Mother Earth certainly has provided some weird and wonderful looking fruits and vegetables for us. But appearances are often misleading as some of these knobbly and twisted foods are not only delicious but full of nutritional value. Also, eating every day “ugly” food such as curved cucumbers, two legged carrots and knobbly potatoes, helps reducing the huge amount of waste food, and it goes without saying, they are just as nutritious.
